Jean Krueger, Ph.D. was living a nightmare. A former college teacher, she was seriously overweight, in poor health and often too exhausted and depressed to get out of bed. Then she made the decision to change. By combining her body, mind and Spirit, she envisioned outrageous results. She didn’t realize it at the time, but she was using Self Hypnosis.

When she realized what really happened, Jean decided to put aside teaching and become a Hypnotherapist. For her doctoral dissertation, she was prompted to write the book, “Why the Weight? Dare to Be Great!” because of her passion to tell others—what I did—they can do, too. Her book separates itself from all other weight loss books on the market. Now Jean motivates others to change their lives, as well. She runs Above All Hypnosis with her husband, Dave, in Huntington Beach, California. Through their private sessions, seminars and workshops, they inspire groups, churches and companies to lead healthy, happy and prosperous lives.
