Would you like to be able to release blocks to your inner peace in a matter of minutes? Would it help to know this ability is literally at your fingertips? Lillian Nader, a board certified hypnotherapist, teaches an easy step-by-step formula for you to learn and master the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT. According to Gary Craig, EFT founder and teacher, this formula has provided thousands of people with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues, and is based on the theory that states: the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption the body’s energy system.

EFT is a powerful, easy and fun way to release negative energy and replace it with more peaceful responses to the stress of daily living. It’s a modified version of acupuncture without the needles. Instead, you stimulate energy meridian points on your body by tapping gently on these points with your fingertips. These meridians are used in acupuncture as a sort of map of the body’s streams of energy related to various glands and organs. Gently tapping on the meridian end points sends pulses through the meridians and removes the disruption. Once the energy meridians are balanced, the emotional intensity goes away.

In this video, Lillian will guide you in an easy, step-by-step procedure to get you started with your own successful utilization of EFT. Her demonstration includes a chart of the meridian points to tap on, and positive affirmations to use while tapping. She will walk you through all the steps so you may follow along at home. She ends the video with a relaxing guided meditation to continue the focus on inner peace called, “Finding Your Place of Peace.”

The use of EFT and Meditation will enhance your spiritual practice and your ability to create peace within yourself and then radiate this peace to others. Lillian believes that if each of us focuses on finding peace in our own lives, we will be instruments for peace on Earth.
