This is the second part of a two part series done by Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton. In this two part series Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton shares the ancient healing technique called Reiki that has always been passed down from Master to student.
In the first part of the series, Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton went over the history of Reiki, what it is and does, how it heals the sick, the three levels of Reiki, the attunement process, and at the end shared the Reiki Principles. There also was a guided meditation added as a bonus led by Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton that can be used on a daily basis to bring more Reiki energy into your life and keep you connected to the Reiki Principles.
In this course, Part II, Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton shares even more of the healing ancient knowledge of Reiki and also brings in other ancient knowledge from the traditions of Yoga and Tantra. In this class, Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton demonstrates a healing Reiki session and gives advice on hand positions to use while administering a Reiki treatment. She also goes in depth on the entire Chakra system and each Chakra and shares specific ways to balance each Chakra.
