Along with Reiki, Alana Tilton also is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist.  She graduated from The University of Southern California where she studied all forms of movement while getting a B.A. in Theatre.

Alana Tilton has personally experienced how healing both Reiki and Yoga can be and used them to overcome her own health challenges.  Now that Reiki and Yoga have helped Alana get her health back, she strives to pass on this ancient knowledge to help others on their paths of healing.
